Old Pulteney 12 Year
 
 Old Pulteney single malts are well-known for citrus notes and hints of sweetness. The 12 Year has a dominant note of honey, giving it a rich mouthfeel that is perfect in the heat. It also features notes of orange zest, with a hint of coffee on the nose as well as a touch of brine. This is another ideal candidate for a refreshing highball.
